Step back in time, into the yogas of participation.
Learn the breath-centered practice brought forth by Krishnamacharya, the grandfather of modern Yoga. The teachers teacher. We will discuss how the body processes fear, anxiety and stress, and Vagus Nerve conditioning through breath. You will learn the five universal heart of Yoga principles that make Yoga and meditation powerful, accessible and entirely your own. We will touch on mindset training and anything that arises naturally. You will leave this workshop feeling clear, inspired, and deeply embodied.

We also believe that yoga is for all people, ages, body types, health conditions and cultures. If you’re breathing, there’s a yoga for you and we aim to provide you with the right formula to ease suffering and support you on every level, physically, mentally emotionally and spiritually.

Our mission is simple: provide a beautiful sacred space, meet you exactly where you are, guide you with empowered teachers and help you cultivate a yoga practice that is right for you, one that you’ll have for the rest of your life no matter where you are.  

The majority of our yoga classes are breath centered and adaptable to most people, which means that no matter what postures you can or can’t do, we have yoga for you. 

Our professional teachers and caring team will guide you every step of the way into the healing power of your own miraculous body.

Sunrise Yoga

This is currently our earliest class for those who like to get their yoga on at the start of the day. A well-rounded yoga-licious class emphasizing gentle movements with deep mindful breaths.

Morning Magic Yoga
Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 9:30 am 10:30 am

A fresh morning breeze right off the lake. Breathe deep, move easy, stretch deeply. This class is a combination of breathing and moving in standing, seated, and lying down postures. You'll feel invigorated and peaceful all day long.

Evening Yoga
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday | 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

A gentle, yet powerful yoga experience. A mindfully constructed class that will leave you in the perfectly balanced state of mind and body.

Dynamic Yoga
Saturday & Sunday | 10:00 am 

A vinyasa class that emphasizes breathing and moving in coordination. This class utilizes many of the classical yoga poses such as warrior series, salutations and downdog to strengthen, stretch and purify the whole body. Clears the mind and stimulates healing on all levels.

ZenMotion
Tuesday | 9:30am

A unique Yoga and Qigong experience. This class will awaken and amplify the qi or energy to cultivate flexibility, strength, stamina, balance, and peace. Come and experience the power of your own life force.
